Burwick Law’s class action lawsuit against Ben Pasternak and the Believe platform (formerly Clout) has been featured in the New York Law Journal, one of the nation’s most respected legal publications.

The lawsuit, Lee v. Pasternak, was filed on March 23, 2026, on behalf of investors who suffered significant losses after multiple tokens launched through the Believe platform allegedly lost over 99% of their value. The complaint alleges deceptive business practices, false advertising, and unjust enrichment against Pasternak and his entities, B24 Inc. and the Believe Foundation.

The New York Law Journal’s coverage highlights the scale of the alleged scheme and the hundreds of millions in estimated investor losses. The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
